Standing Room Music
Music Room!?
I have 14 years, and I'm moving to a new home. Still being buit right now, but we will move in the next month. I and my sister convinced my parents to give us the guest room as our music room. I play the electric guitar (and hopefully one day acoustic) flute, piano, and I have a keyboard, too. And my sister is going to get a drummer and plays the French horn. So the room is used to play our instruments and stuff. I was wondering what you think would be a nice room design. The main objectives would be the drums, piano and keyboard. Also I have two guitars, and I wondered if I show them on the guitar is in place to put them in cases. Please give me advice on the design of the room! I also wondered how could decorate to make it look cooler. You are not allowed to paint the walls, but is there any way we can do more than just an empty room with walls plain white? Any advice and help would be appreciated!
That sounds like a lot of fun! I would like to show their guitars instead of using cases (only to save on the room), but screen on the wall. Especially since the battery will have a little space. It could also show his horn French on the wall. I would look for images that you want to have a music theme, and if you go to the wonderful Graffiti you could have any title of your favorite song or songs to put in a quote that you can place on their walls. They easily remove (it's basically a transfer) so that should go well with his mother. Also, if any of you have favorite music - you could frame and use your artwork.
