Did you know you can get weekly deliveries of raw food to your home or office? Have you been interested in raw food, but not sure how to prepare the meals?
Veggie Munn has started delivering to Broward County on Wednesdays. Sign up for the newsletter to get the weekly menu, which always has new and delicious items.
Eating raw has so many health benefits. I've been RAW for about a month. I have received so many compliments from my family and friends, saying that I seem happier and have an unmistakable glow to my face. The energy boost is amazing and the pounds just melt away. I was already a vegan, but my body feels totally different now.
Going raw helps with weight loss, diabetes, high cholesterol and many other health issues. The dishes are delicious and prepared with love. I just received a week's worth of food and have enjoyed every dish. My favorites are Lasagna and Tropical Fruit Plate.

Veggie Munn @ Ambrosia Ambiance
Hello All,
I just wanted to give you guys a recap of Ambrosia Ambiance - 7/12/07. The event was a big success. We are developing a small following which is great! PHIsonica was excellent. Last time they didn't get to do their visuals because of the space, but this time you really got the full experience. Angela Fischetti performed 'Over The Rainbow', Jared/Rusty/Mike performed a psychedelic jam session. Kacey Westall drew a live art piece during the performances. Very talented. Sound was awesome, vibe was chill and the food was fantastic...
Veggiemunn.com provided The Ambrosia Ambiance Tour with raw vegan treats ranging from almond salad, apple and vegetable kabobs, banana cream pie, apple pie and garlic hummus on crackers. All organic, all raw and vegan and all delicious. People were going back for 3rd and 4ths so you know they enjoyed it. Everyone said what a great time they had and how relaxing and cool the place was. We will be returning to the Wallflower Gallery soon per the request of the owner, C.D. Flash. Stay Tuned.
